Please clarify what you mean by this: so that every time Tasks are added or created in Asana they will also be added to the forms that I already created in Jotform

Best to provide specific examples and screenshots to give us more context.

kindly see screenshot. The circled red in the Asana screenshot is like for example I want to add a new task there, then that new task I want that the JotForm form will automatically pick it up.

So you can see that for Example Task 1 is already on the form because I manually added it to the form. I just want that every task that is manually added to Asana, JotForm will automatically pick it up.

It’s unclear what you mean by Jotform will automatically pick up an Asana Task.

Pick it up and do what with it?

Jotform has these Zap app triggers/actions:

JotFom will pick up Asana Task and put it in the form that is already created(form link sent on previous message) so that it will also be listed in form. Same sa Task 1.

That would probably involve using the Jotform API to add options to an existing Jotform field.
