How can I create a Zap to add Cvent registrants of specific type to Klaviyo list?

Hi,

 

Is it possible to create a Zap that 

  • Selects an particular event in Cvent
  • Pulls registrants from a particular registration type and admission item
  • Sends them to Klaviyo list

Here’s how I see the Zap that you have in mind:

  1. Trigger: Cvent - Trigger on New and/or Updated Attendees
  2. Action: Klaviyo - Add Subscriber

Hi Ken,

 

The issue I’m having is I don’t want it to pull every new attendee, just a particular registration path.

Hi @FounderMade,

If the “registration path” is being returned by the trigger you can use Filter by Zapier for the Zap to only continue on certain conditions. You can learn more about the Filter step here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496276332557-Add-conditions-to-Zaps-with-filters
