How can I create a Zap for "Ready for Pick Up" orders in Shopify?
Hi,
I have created a ZAP for fulfilled “Store Pick Up” orders in Zapier (from Shopify). I want to create the same ZAP action to capture data of items picked for pick up but are sitting in “Ready for Pick Up” status. Not yet fully fulfilled, whereby stock is being held for that customer.
I have tried to set up the ZAP with a sample transaction but it says; Fulfillment Status : BLANK. Not ‘in progress’ or anything similar. How can I create a ZAP to Google Sheets when an order and selected/all items in the order are ‘Ready to Pick Up’

To create a Zap that sends data to Google Sheets when a Shopify order is marked as 'Ready to Pick Up.' Create a new Zap with Shopify as the trigger app and 'New Order' as the event.
Connect your Shopify account and set up a filter to only proceed when the order status is 'Ready to Pick Up.' Choose Google Sheets as your action app and specify 'Create Spreadsheet Row' as the event.
Connect your Google Sheets account and map the Shopify fields to the corresponding columns in your spreadsheet.
After testing the trigger and action, give your Zap a name and turn it on. It will run whenever a Shopify order is marked as 'Ready to Pick Up.'

Hi Jammers, I’m running these Zaps via bogus gateway and a test site on Shopify. The fulfilment status appears as fulfilled when I proceed a order to collected but before then the Fulfilment status is blank. See sample screenshots for reference. The above is clear but Zapier is not picking up the status as “Ready to Pick Up” in my Zaps, only fulfilled.

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try using the “Updated Order” trigger to see if it’ll show the “Ready to Pick Up” status?
