How can I create a Zap for offline phone call conversion tracking using Google Sheets?

What app are you trying to use for tracking the offline conversions? (name/screenshot)

I am trying to use Google sheet template the same we used for lead tracking, while using zapier for OCT. We can’t do Offline conversion tracking with GCLID for phone calls?

If you are trying to use GAds there is this Zap action: Send Offline Conversion

In the settings, there is a field: Conversion User Identifier Source

With an option for: Phone Number

Thank you for your response. Do we have to add some extra columns in our Google sheet template for it? like phone caller ID, timings, etc.?

I recommend trying to configure the desired Zap action step so you can see the fields.

• Check which fields are required/optional/conditionally required
• Check the field types and descriptions for guidance about expected values
• Adjust your GSheet as necessary

When in doubt, test it out.
