I am trying to create a database of my zaps that I created which would make it easily searchable (this would be in notion). I am wondering if there is any sort of “when a new zap is created” and I would send the information to the database?

There actually is something you can use :)
We have a Zapier Manager app that has New Zap as a trigger.
You can go here and select the trigger and action you want to use.
