I’m trying to connect my zap with the LiveChat app, but it keeps using the US server for Live chat. I need to use an EU one. There is a LiveChat Europe App, but I can’t find how to install it.

Were you able to get things sorted after reaching out to LiveChat’s support team as Troy suggested?

If not, I had a quick look on this end and it looks like an PAT (Personal Access Token) is required in order to add a connection to LiveChat:

So I’m wondering if it’s possible for you to create a PAT that’s specifically limited to the EU server. Thinking that might force it to use the EU server instead of the US one. Or are there any way to disable the US server for the connected account directly in LiveChat?
