You’re right at the moment, there is not a “Create Comment” action for Facebook pages. 😔

That said, there is an open feature request for this that I’ve added your vote to! While we can’t guarantee if or when this will be implemented, we’ll be sure to email you if that takes places. We’ll also keep this topic updated as well. 🙂
