Hi there,

I currently have a system where I do the following manually:

-Send customers a image and confirmation email

-Customer then approves or declines the artwork

-Confirmation email is sent if approved

-If customer declines they tell me the changes they would like to make in which I then send the design back to my design team with the information needed to update design.

I want to update this to be automatic and no just using “Key words”

Is it possible to send a form or landing page to the customers along with their image and 2 buttons for them to click on?

If they click approve, the confirmation email is sent

If they click decline, they can fill in information and have it sent back to me?

Any guidance would be appreciated

Thanks!

Hey @Brent Hayche, welcome to the Community! 🎉

Hmm, I don’t know about having a form with the image displayed and a button to approve it but perhaps you could tackle this a slightly different way. By setting up folders for each client in an app like Google Drive for example and have a Zap trigger when a New File is uploaded, take the client name (same as the folder name) and use a lookup table to search for the customer’s email? Alternatively you could use a search action to look up the customer details in your CRM (assuming you have one that integrates with Zapier). Then have an email app like Gmail send an email to the customer, with the image attached to the email and a link to a form where they can either approve the design or request amends included in the the body of the email.

Then you could have a separate Zap trigger when the form is filled out that notifies the design team of the approval or changes needed. If the form is built with Zapier Interfaces the link in the email can be set to pre-fill specific fields with information (like the design file name, customer name/email etc.) so that when the link is clicked all the customer needs to approve or provide is the amends that are needed.

Do you think that could work for your needs here?

If so, and you have any issues or questions while setting that up do let me know - happy to assist further if you get stuck at all! 🙂
