How can I auto-update data in Microsoft Excel web when Google Sheets is updated?

Hi,
I am looking to connect my Google Sheet document with MS Excel web. Basically the idea is whenever I update the data on google sheet, Zapier automatically updates it on MS Excel web by matching the certain rows.
Is something like this possible?
