How can I add time between multiple leads in same zap?

I run lead gen campaigns zapping form data to google sheets. I often have multiple leads come in before a zap runs. 

When the zap runs, that batch of leads is zapped all at once, which is breaking a google sheet add-on I’m using. 

Is there a way to space out the batch of leads within a single zap instance by 5 seconds or something?
