There’s so much you can do with Zapier! My suggestion is to start by automating your most time-consuming or repetitive tasks.

A few automations that come to mind:

  • Automatically send your session notes from Google Drive to clients via Gmail.
  • Update documents or files in real-time whenever a client fills out a progress form.
  • Set up automated follow-up emails after each session to keep clients engaged.
  • Create a dashboard to easily track all your clients' progress and activities in one place.
