I’m creating a Zap to pull data from a Lead Form in HoneyBook. I am trying to find out if the data includes the name for a Lead Form - or even a name of a product/service in the lead form?  I am able to get name, payment, etc. But in the list of fields, I only see File, File Name - etc.  I want to create a Zap for when a product and/or service is paid for through the lead form.

So far the only thing I can see available is payment amount. (Which down the line would mean I can only have one product that is that price?).

Thanks for any insight.

Hi @ntrikate

I’d recommend reaching out to HoneyBook Support for help with their Zap app integrations.

From experience, the HoneyBook Zap app integration is limited in certain aspects.

HoneyBook doesn't currently offer an API or webhook system to directly integrate with.

Thanks @Troy Tessalone I was thinking it was just me 🙂  I’ll reach out to them to see what they can offer. If not, I’ll figure something else out.

Hi @ntrikate,

Please keep us on the loop so we can try to troubleshoot this issue. Thank you.

Hi  @JammerS

I wanted to give an update. I reached out to HoneyBook and (after almost a week), they said that the data File Name is the Lead Form name.  So for example, to add a new user in your membership site (e.g. WordPress) after HB receives a payment, the Zap would be:

Trigger: New Payment Paid    (it will trigger for every payment)

Filter:  File Name - (Text) Exactly Matches     (to filter for the Lead Form name that sells the membership)

Then send whatever data to your membership site/script.

If you have more than one membership, use paths and filter by price.

I tried and it worked.

I hope this helps :)

Gwen

Oh - and HB support said it should work LOL  At least it worked when I tried.
