I want to create a zap where if an email is closed in Helpscout that it removes the pulse on Monday.com. I don’t see what looks like the right triggers to complete this action.

While there is not a specific “Closed Conversation” Trigger for Help Scout, within the “Conversation Created” Help Scout Trigger, you can filter by “Closed” conversations as seen here. Depending on your exact Help Scout workflow this could be an option!
