I love zapier, we are a massive user . . but the automations on other tools are starting to get some stuff I really need. Specifically the Helpscout triggers and actions. We dont even support conversation updates and a bunch of other stuff, I literally have to trick the trigger to get what we need.
Is there a way to ask for the helopscout or zapier people to update the triggers and tools for Helpscout?

Configuring webhooks can be done through the Help Scout user interface.
Simply log in, click on Manage > Apps in the top header bar, then select the Webhooks app.
