Help With Any.do and Fireflies workflows for non-techie educator?

I am an educator who coaches/mentors 25 new teachers and school leaders. I have 25 1:1s a week and I am using Fireflies and Any.do to help manage my workload. I am attempting to create Zaps to move my notes from each fireflies weekly meeting into a Google Sheet running log of meeting notes for each teacher/leader (different topics in different columns). I am also attempting to send all my action items from each meeting from fireflies to Any.do so I can keep up with all the topics/strategies I have committed to researching for the educators I coach. My problem is I have no tech background at all. I have been using both ChatGPT and CoPilot to attempt to create these, but after 3 evenings of trying I am still not successful. I have no coding background at all so I am still having trouble figuring out the fields and how to make the workflow successful. What is the best route for getting more 1:1 help for this? Getting these workflows into place will save me so much time; I think I need to share my screen with someone and have them walk me through the set up of the workflows. Does anyone know where I can get this kind of individualized help? Thank you in advance!

Hope you’re doing well! I can imagine how overwhelming it must feel trying to set up these workflows without a technical background especially with the workload you’re already handling.
