One potential workaround for you is to set up a zap that parses the order confirmation emails you get from them to grab data and trigger a zap.
Otherwise, this requires a more technical configuration that leverages the Squarespace Commerce APIs: https://developers.squarespace.com/commerce-apis/overview
Webhooks action steps can be used to make API requests.
Depending on the payment provider you’re using (e.g. Stripe), you can use that to trigger the Zap.
