I’m using a fairly bespoke contact form (contact form 7) on my landing page which is sending a lead into my Gmail and Mailchimp.
In Gmail, the data fields come through in the body of the email (see below), so I don’t think this is helpful, but I’m providing for context just in case.
Subject: Qualified A / B
Name: First name Last name
Telephone: XXXXXXXXXXX
Email: X@gmail.com
Qualified: A / B
In Mailchimp, the leads come through correctly formatted by columns. However, when I ceate a Zap from mailchimp to high level (CRM) and test the zap, the lead pulls through like the gmail format, so each lead is called ‘subscriber A’, ‘Subscriber B’, etc.
Is anyone able to advise if I’m doing something wrong and how to get this right in as few zaps as possible? - I’m wondering whether I need to get the data into a google sheet as a stepping stone, but not sure how this is possible (from gmail or mailchimp).
TIA
Matt
