  • Help! Figured out low to load a lead to salesforce, but I can't figure out how to tell the system to then take that lead and add it to a specific campaign!

Help!  I’m trying to set up a zap that will take a wufoo form submission, create it as a lead in salesforce and assign it to a specific campaign.  I can get the lead into salesforce, but I don’t understand how to attache that same lead to the campaign, it keeps asking me to either search or ??  can anyone give me a walkthrough, I’ll pay you!!! 😨 I’m so frustrated!

Good question.

Try these Zaps steps:

  1. Trigger: ???
  2. Action: Salesforce - Create Record
  3. Action: Salesforce - Add Lead to Campaign
    1. Use the Lead Record ID from Step 2 using the ‘custom’ option as indicated here: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/set-up-your-zap-action#set-up-your-action
