Has anyone tried to sync Google Sheet and ActiveCampaign using a custom Contact Field? We have another software that forwards contacts to a Google Sheet file, including the Item ID from that software. The contacts are then added to ActiveCampaign as a new contact entries.
However, there are instances where existing contacts update their name, email address, or contact numbers. These changes are reflected in the original software, and I want to sync these updates with the existing ActiveCampaign contact and match/find the contact using the Item ID, and not using the default ActiveCampaign ID. Is this possible?
