We are unable to choose (or even view) newly created Gravity Forms forms as options when creating Zaps. When setting up the Trigger for the Zap, only “old” forms are shown. And forms that were long ago deleted.

Have tried using a new Rest API, creating a new Gravity Forms connections, disabling and then reenabling the Rest API functionality, reconnecting the connections in Zapier by entering the API keys again, clearing our browser caches to make sure that was not causing the issue… Nada.

WordPress (5.8.1), PHP (7.4.20), Gravity Forms (2.5.10), and the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On (4.1) are all up-to-date.

Any ideas from people that have solved this problem?

Alternative is to use webhooks from Gravity Forms: https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/webhooks/

You can use the Webhooks app as the Zap trigger: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help

Have already read though the Get Started info you provided and confirmed that we are doing everything correctly.

Have also consulted the Common Problems info, but it is not abundantly clear on how to resolve, or attempt to resolve, those common problems. We’re slogging our way through each item and figuring out how to implement those fixes.

Don’t really want to pay for the Elite Add-On to use webhooks… Kind of crazy if the only way to resolve this issue would be to pay more $.

It is frustrating because everything worked fine up until 3 days ago. Can confirm that no new plugins or add-ons were installed recently, and nothing has been updated this week.

Website admin opened a ticket with Zapier a couple of days ago--- awaiting assistance.

The Common Problems page (Gravity Forms | Common Problems with Gravity Forms | Help & Support | Zapier) doesn’t appear to have a resolution for our particular problem, as the headings (listed below) do not encompass incongruous Gravity Forms forms in Zapier.

  • Common Problems with Gravity Forms
    1. “I’m not seeing my feeds in Gravity Forms”
      • Old forms still work and feeds are shown.
    2. “Some fields are empty but I know they are filled out!”
      • Not applicable to us; the old forms continue to send all data.
    3. “Errors in Testing/Blank Test data”
      • Not applicable to us; testing old forms works without issue.
    4. “The incorrect email is coming through”
      • Not applicable to us.
    5. “My New Form Submission does not include a URL for my uploaded image”
      • Not applicable to us; we do not ask for attachments/files.
    6. “I encounter errors in subsequent steps when trying to use the File field/URL from a Gravity Forms trigger”
      • Not applicable to us; we do not ask for attachments/files/URLs.

It’s very much appreciated.  I can see you’re currently chatting with support which is perfect for these types of tricky scenarios where the common troubleshooting steps have been exhausted. They should be able to dig a bit more into the logs and see what the root of the issue is.

Well, it works now. Didn’t work for a few days, but forms are now showing up. Couldn’t tell you what resolved it.
