Gravity Forms > Hubspot - "select" field values not being added

I have several dropdown select properties set up in Hubspot and corresponding fields in my Gravity Forms form. The values are the same in both, but when the form is submitted none of the values are showing up in the Hubspot. Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.

Can you provide screenshots of the data points you’re using and how your Zaps steps are currently configured?

Can you clarify the type of fields being used in HubSpot?

 

Multi-select fields won't work

If you have a multi-select field in Hubspot, you can map data to it by putting a ; in between the options.
For example, it would look like this:

That would result in more than one option being selected on the Hubspot side.
Note that the data you pass to Hubspot has to exactly match the option in Hubspot, including punctuation and capital letters.
