I have GoTo as a phone system and we use Hubspot to create and manage sales opportunities. Callers will leave a voicemail on our GoTo phone system and I’m looking to have Zapier grab the call details and the voicemail itself to create an opportunity in Hubspot.
I figured out how to grab the voicemail from GoTo and create the opportunity in Hubspot along with populate some of the Hubspot details like the caller ID, date/time, but I can’t seem to figure out how to grab that voicemail attachment to upload it into the hubspot opportunity so our rep can hear the message.
