Got 401 when trying to connect to my companys Dynamics 365 account (I have full admin rigths) - Solution?

I want to create a Zap between “GetResponse” and “Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM” but I keep getting the error “Got 401 calling Get https://disco.crm4.dynamics.com/api/discovery/v9.0/Insances, triggering auth refresh.”

(Note that I didn’t enter it with “disco” but my companys’ name.)

Yes I have full admin rigths for my account.

How can I resolve this issue?

  • Our integration currently works with v8 and v9 of the Dynamics REST API.
    If you're using an older or newer version (9.1 or greater), you will not be able to connect to Zapier.
    If you use a newer version of Dynamics, please contact Zapier support so we can register your interest.
  • We don't support self-hosted instances of Dynamics yet.
