Google Sheets not recognizing YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS format

I have Zapier adding Infusionsoft data into rows into Google Sheets. The data from Infusionsoft (created date of contact) uses what I thought was a common date-time format:

2021-01-06T16:33:50

But it seems like Google Sheets isn't recognizing this data as a date.

Can anyone help?

I’d rather not use Zapier’s formatter because it will double the number of actions this Zap uses (and it has a high throughput)

Hey there I would advise you to use zapier. It's formated is rock solid and can handle many many different formats incoming.

In case you really want to try something with google you need to play around with functions.
