Google Sheets - Email the Changed Cells Only

I have a Google Sheets doc that has information about products in it. It has 25 columns per row. 
When a row is changed, I am sending myself an email to make the necessary updates based on the changes to the row. 
Often times only one cell is changed in the row. The zap is working fine, but It’s hard to go through each row, line by line and find exactly what was changed when sometimes the value is just changed by one number. (example changing from .003 to .0029)

Is it possible to send only the updated cell value (and/or cell location) via email by zapier?

The best way I can think to do this on Google sheets is to add a column with a script to tell you which column was last updated - Here’s a support article which will hopefully point you in the right direction:
