How can I do so that an email is sent to a user on a date that I specify in Google Sheets?

Hi @sedsonsalazar

Good question.

Another approach is to use Airtable instead of GSheets.

Airtable has Views. (segments of data in a Table)

Views can have Filters. (date = TODAY)

Views can be used to trigger Zaps.

Hey @sedsonsalazar,

Here is how I see the Zap for the workflow that you have in mind:

  1. Trigger: Google Sheets (New or Updated Spreadsheet Row)
  2. Action: Gmail (Send Email)

Would this help you out? Please let me know if you need more information or details regarding the suggested workflow.

Thanks! 😊
