PLEASE HELP!! I’m very new to Zapier and I’m wasting a lot of time. I’m creating a zap uploading my google form survey but when I do the test trigger, I always get this message:

“We couldn’t find a response: Create a new response in your  Google Forms xxxx@gmail.com account and test your trigger again”

I did but obviously I’m missing something… I really hope somebody can help me! I’m waisting a lot of time. Tutorials are not helpful…

Hi @criseva

GForms need to be linked to a GSheet to collect the submissions and be used as the trigger in a Zap.

Help article: https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-google-forms#i-cant-see-my-google-form-spreadsheet-in-the-dropdown

@criseva

Does your GSheet show a row/record for a submitted GForm?

Check to make sure you’ve selected the correct Spreadsheet in the Zap trigger.

Check to make sure you’ve selected the correct Worksheet in the Zap trigger.

Check to make sure you’ve submitted a GFrom after connecting it to the GSheet.

i sent you a picture attached to answer the 1st point because I’m not sure,,,

I think I’m ok with the other 3 steps...

@criseva

The screenshot provided only shows headers in the GSheet for the questions on the GForm.

There needs to be data entered into Row 2, which would get populated from the GForm if linked to the GSheet.
