So I have it working really well in one multi-step zap which was great.
Now I am trying to do similar but for inbounds via the fb group not just the initial source. The problem I am seeing is that in this one person they used a different email address which means there is nobody to update or it would create a new box & contact.
I could just switch to a search their phone number but I could run into the same issue.
This is the concept I am noodling, but not 100& clear on how to make this happen in zapier.
When google form response trigger
Search for email in streak
Path A
if found update bla bla bla
Path B
l if not found, search for phone number if found update bla bla
If neither found create new box & contact?
