Hi, we are having a problem with the create document from template. We only get few of the custom fields to show in zapier. I looked up this problem and someone said to remove the formatting from the custom field but this didn’t work. Also the template docs are not showing properly.

Make sure the dynamic placeholders don’t have any spaces between the double brackets.
e.g. {{FirstName}}
