How would I ignore certain events added in Google calendar?

I have a zap set to create a xero contact but I would not want a separate contact if I revisit a customer 

Hi @Ash1982,

 

You can use Find Contact and Filter action to stop creating a new contact who already exists in the system. So that would be:

  1. Trigger: new contact in Google Contact
  2. Action: Find contact in xero
  3. Filter: If the contact exists > Do not run
  4. Action: Create a new contact in Xero.
