I would like my Zap (that copies events between two calendars) to only apply on Google Calendar events that takes place on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). Is it possible to filter on day-of-week?

Hi
To add onto what troy suggested, in order to filter for weekends you’d first have to format the date so that it gives you the day of the week (you can use Formatter by Zapier):
After this step you would add your filter:
For the To Format field you’ll want to do it this way:
And you don’t need anything in the From Format field. BUT, you’ll probably want to change the timezones, since that will affect which day will be output.

I have already tried that but there is not filter (that I can see) that filters on day-as-string?

I tried this but when I enter “dddd” it’s replaced by “Dddd”.
Here is how my formatting steps are setup:

Any ideas why?
