Getting support for Zapier before purchasing

I am so frustrated! I would not mind paying for Zapier if I knew it would do what I want, but getting help to find out is impossible! Why would I pay for a product if I don’t know if it will even work? At least some for of support should be offered before you spend money just to find out it was a waste of time.

Hi @Darin

Zapier has a trial plan and a free plan that can be used to try features.

Hey @Darin,

Here are the links for Blaze and GoHighLevel-

https://zapier.com/apps/blazedotai/integrations

https://zapier.com/apps/leadconnector/integrations

From there you can see the triggers and actions to see if they can automate the workflow that you need.

You can also contact Zapier Sales team from here- https://zapier.com/l/contact-sales. Hope it helps!

Hi @Darin ,

Ali here from Zapier! I completely understand your frustration in wanting to try out the your Zaps before deciding if you would like to purchase.

You can activate a trial on your account and that should give you access to our support team: https://zapier.com/page/welcome-start/

After activating the trial, you can reach out to our email team here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Or you can start a chat from the bottom left corner of your screen.

If you have any general questions that aren’t account specific, our community is a great place to get help on those as well.

Let me know if you have any general questions I can help with here.

Thank you,

Hey @Darin, just checking in 👋 Were you able to confirm whether Zapier would do what you want?

If not, can you share some more details about the specific workflow you’re wanting to build, as well as any specific requirements you might have? I’d be happy to look into it and confirm what’s possible 🙂
