I want to get my data that comes into sheets from my zap to split into columns without me have to click split text into columns,

You’ll most likely be able to do this with a “Formatter->Text->Split” step.
You can break up the incoming string into multiple parts (using the “As separate fields” output type), which you can then map to different columns in your sheet.
