Getting Google Lead Forms without Admin Access

Hello,

I work for a company who manages incoming leads from google lead forms and contacts those customers automatically. A lot of the clients I manage have marketing companies with all of their add campaigns under the same umbrella so they are not willing to give us administrative access to the add campaign. How would I get around this to be able to receive these leads?

Thank you,

Hi @rp1ai. Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Do your clients receive email notifications from Google that contain the necessary lead details that you’re after?

If so, perhaps you could get them to set up an automatic email forwarding rule to send a copy of those emails over to an Email Parser mailbox. From there you could set up Zaps to trigger on those emails and carry out the necessary actions. If you’ve not worked with Email Parser before you can learn more about it here: Trigger Zaps from new parsed emails

Hope that helps to get you pointed in the right direction. If you run into any issues or have further questions just let us know!
