Hello,

Has anyone used Zapier to integrate FreshDesk and Service Now? We have a customer who uses Service now and we use freshdesk, They want to automate tickets from Freshdesk to Service Now. Do all Freshdesk new created tickets need to be created in Zapier for this to work or can someone create a ticket in Freshdesk that will feed to Service now through Zapier? If so, what's the best practice on getting the parameters and fields in freshdesk to correctly fill and match the corresponding fields in Service now? Thank you.

Happy to help! With Zapier, we Trigger off of data in one app and then take an Action in one or more others, meaning we actually cannot create a ticket or any data inside Zapier itself.
