I’m on the Free Plan and I created a single Zap connecting Shopify and Flodesk so that when someone abandons their cart after an hour (trigger) an email will be sent to them reminding them that they have something in their cart (action). After I created it, I was able to turn it on, however, after about a week Zapier turned the zap off and it won’t let me turn it back on unless I upgrade. From what I understand about the free plan, you get 5 single step zaps...why won’t it let me turn this zap on...what am I missing here?

So, Shopify is one of Zapier’s premium apps. Those require you to be on a paid plan to use.
The reason you were able to have the zap on for a while was that when you first signup, Zapier puts you on a trial of the Pro plan.
You’ll need to upgrade if you want to switch this zap back on.
