Forward WhatsApp messages to CRM application

Hi fellow developers, I would like to know if the following is possible to do.

I have this requirement that I need to do with WhatsApp and I want to know if Zapier can help or has anyone tried it before.

My company is looking for WhatsApp integration with a CRM application. 

But it's not something like sending or broadcasting WA messages to customers. Instead we want to read customers messages and push it to our CRM as Case or Opportunity.

Anyone know if this is possible?

WhatsApp is not currently integrated with Zapier, so you’d have to use the WA API: https://zapier.com/apps/whatsapp-messenger/integrations
