I need to find a resource in Autotask by either name or email?
It appears the only way Zapier can find a resource is by resource id so the question is, if I do not know the resource ID but I know the name and email of the resource how can I find the resource id?

It looks like the “Find Resource” action only allows you to search for the resource ID at the moment. I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team to create a feature request on your behalf for the “Find Resource” to support using name or email.
