Find or Create Contact in HubSpot error

Hi, We created our zap that Updates or Creates a contact in Hubspot when someone buys a ticket with Ticket Tailor. When testing it we get no new or updated contact in Hubspot, and this error:

Can you guide me on how to debug this?
