Find and Update a Deal in HubSpot when a row in Excel is updated

I need Zapier to create a zap where it’s connected to an excel spreadsheet and every time a certain column is updated in the spreadsheet, it finds the associated deal with whatever row was changed. The problem is, we don’t store the IDs of the deals in our spreadsheet so I was wondering if there’s a way to search for a certain deal according to it’s name or anything like that.
