I currently have two pipelines being used in an inbox on HubSpot and I only want actions to take place if it’s coming from a particular email address.   I currently have:

Trigger → New Ticket in Hubspot
Action → Text in Formatter by Zapier
Action → Text in Formatter by Zapier
Action → Text in Formatter by Zapier
Action → Text in Formatter by Zapier
Action → Update Ticket in Hubspot

 

I know I need a Action→ Only continue if… between the Trigger and Action but I don’t see any contact ID fields being made available even though I’m retrieving it in the Trigger step.   Suggestions on how to proceed?

 

I may have found another solution...if I Trigger on New Ticket Property Change in Hubspot and trigger on the Created By ID, would that trigger when a new ticket is created?

Glad to see you were able to find an alternative solutions! Sometimes the best way to test is to set the zap up and see if it responds in the way you were expecting. Keep us posted how this works out for you!
