Filter problem with Paypal

I have a zap connecting between paypal and getresponse. 

When I try to filter an item name to a specific product, the testing doesn’t work. I attached the screen shot here. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Try turning the Zap ON and testing live, then check your Zap Runs for the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Thank you so much for your reply. When I turned the zap on and checked your zap runs, this is what it said. 

I’m not sure what this means. Does that mean the email address is already in the getresponse list?

Yes, appears so, and you can check this by looking at the contact or list in GetResponse.
