How can I set a Zap to filter out for specific cancelled appt types. I want to send an SMS to cancellations of sales calls, not of regular client meetings.

Have you added a Filter step at all into your Zap? If so, does your trigger app (which app is this, by the way?) include a field that you can filter by? Lots of apps will have a type field that contains information like what you’ve mentioned (sales calls, client meetings, etc).
It would be helpful if you could tell us which app is being used as the trigger, so I can see if that particular field exists. Thanks!
