I am new to Zapier, but have been using Trello for a couple of years. I would love the ability to filter Outlook flagged emails to create cards in Trello. 

I did see other questions/posts about this but they were all at least a year old so I didn’t know if this was a possibility now and I am just not doing something right.

You’re right - at the moment the Outlook app doesn’t support this workflow. That said I wonder if Andy’s recommendations here could work for you:
