Field Mapping

Wufoo form field not mapping to Salesforce.

Wufoo gives fields number API names, I have API ID’s of 127, 128, 137 etc. It is these ID’s that are being sent to Salesforce. Of course, Salesforce doesn’t know what to do with this data.

Is there a way to manually map fields between Wufoo to Salesforce? I was able to to that for a Google Sheets mapping to Salesforce in the past, but don’t see a mechanism here. What am I missing?

Any advice would be helpful Thanks

Try the Formatter - Lookup Table: https://zapier.com/help/doc/how-use-formatter-functions#using-the-lookup-table

Similarly, you can use GSheets and formulas to create a lookup table for more than 1 field in a single Zap step.

Here’s an article about mapping custom values in Zap steps: https://zapier.com/help/create/customize/add-custom-values-to-dropdown-menu-fields-in-zaps
