Currently im stuck with zapier. Its currently only 3 steps long

Trigger: hubspot company property change
Filter based on 2 property values

(working)

But then i would like to fetch associated contact (id’s) to that company

Use the Find Associations step and configure it like this.

The ID you add at the very top is the Company ID from your trigger

Thanks for the response! Yet, i run into this issue. When i open up the company, i see that 3 contacts are associated. This is also shown by the trigger response. Would a custom https request would be a better solution?

You can always try that, but the pre-built step is working for me.

What if you click on one of those contacts in Hubspot. Does the associated Company show up on their contact record?

Also, once you get this working, you may want to consider returning all associated contacts.

Got it workig now, thanks! been able to pull a person. It could be the case i got multiple id’s back. As some company’s have may have multiple people associated (or non). Would it handle every found person 1 by 1? or would it push it through in badges?

my next step is that if the result is non, i need to do a linked in search to find specific job title and email and enrich the company profile with that person. The tricky part is that if it returns 7 people, its to much, i always nee to let go only 2 different job titles that containt something as: “founder/ceo” and “customer succes.”

Any suggestions for the latter, if i may ask how to properly handle that?

It will return all contacts at once as line-items. Which you can than use for looping or format into separate fields or anything else you may need to do with them.

As for LinkedIn searches and data enrichment, you’re going to have to connect one or several more apps into this workflow, and it sounds like it’s probably a little too complex to cover everything here. Of course, if you break it down into smaller parts, it might be more reasonable.
