FB leads gives me the email and name, but not the phone number

Hi!

 

I’m doing a zap between fb leads and simvoly. 

 

The FB leads form should give a name, mail and phone number. But only the first two come in..

 

Anyone knows a solution?

Hi @lowie 

Facebook Lead Ads App available in Zapier pulls the phone number as well from a form submission having Phone Number Field.

You can see the same from the Lead Data Pulled from a Facebook Lead form Submission.

If you are not getting the phone number data inside Simvoly then please share a screenshot of the Zap you have configured so we can help you better.
