The Facebook account connection was successful, but Zapier is unable to read the Facebook posts and is failing.
I have my Facebook posts set to public.

 

  • In Additional Business Integration Settings, the Who can see you use this business integration? field needs to be set to Public

I have also completed this setup.

 

What can I do to fix this problem?

Can someone please help me?

To isolate the issues with the Facebook and Zapier integration, try reconnecting Facebook to Zapier, checking that Zapier has the necessary app permissions in Facebook's settings, and ensuring posts are set to "Public." Test the Zap with a new public post, as Zapier may struggle to read older posts. Note that Zapier can only access posts from a Facebook Page, not a personal profile.
