Hello Community!

 

I hope you can help me to solve the issue with Facebook Lead Ads. So I created zap (checked all permission on my Ads Manager account), zap triggers and it shows me the entries. So I set up my zap to transfer all data to Google Sheet.

 

However, I don’t see anything in task history for my zap. Does it mean that my zap isn’t working?

 

Has a new FBLA been submitted after the Zap was turned ON?

FYI: Zaps only work for new data going forward when turned ON.

Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Make sure the Zap is ON.
