Facebook Lead Ads -> Dynamics 365 Leads (Multi Level Option Sets)

Dear Community,

We have a couple of fields on our Dynamics 365 application that are “Multi Level Option sets” and I was wondering if that’s the reason why they are not showing on our list of fields for the FB Lead Ads Trigger.

We want to have ads for 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom apartments so it would be nice that the leads are automatically capturing this information in the correct field.

Are you able to outline your specific workflow for us a bit? Sometimes it helps to reference the specific triggers and actions you’re using in these apps and share screenshots of your zap setup (with any personal details removed).
